Make sure you're signed into your Husky Google account for the form to work! Your Husky email is the same beginning as your Northeastern email, just with "@husky.neu.edu" on the end rather than "@northeastern.edu". For example, doe.j@northeastern.edu would be doe.j@husky.neu.edu.
